R K Flooring Ltd was appointed to deliver a full flooring package for Phase 1 of “The How” – a premium collection of six modern new-build homes located in a tranquil rural setting in Cambridgeshire. The brief focused on high-end finishes, modern textures, and durability across both communal and private living spaces.
Scope of Works:
- Supply and installation of Brampton Chase Studio Design Herringbone LVT to open-plan living areas and ground floor spaces, offering a contemporary parquet aesthetic with hardwearing performance
- Installation of Polyflor Expona floor tiles to kitchen and utility zones, providing a practical and stylish surface with commercial-grade resilience
- Fitting of Cormar Sensations carpet to bedrooms and upper floors for comfort and warmth, with clean, modern colourways to complement the overall interior palette
- All floors were installed on new build substrates, with levelling and preparation carried out where necessary to meet manufacturer installation requirements
Project Outcome:
The completed installation blends aesthetic quality with practical performance across all living zones. Working closely with How Projects, R K Flooring Ltd ensured consistency in finish across all six properties, delivered to programme and ready for occupation.
