R K Flooring Ltd was commissioned to deliver a full flooring package for a newly built private residence in Stevenage, combining premium LVT with a bespoke carpet stair runner for a stylish, high-end finish.
Scope of Works:
- Supply and installation of Brampton Chase Urban Dusk LVT, laid in a herringbone pattern to all bedrooms and ground floor areas
- Subfloor preparation to ensure a smooth, level base throughout the property
- Supply and installation of Cormar Carpets Pimlico in Sepia as a custom stair runner
- Stair runner edges professionally bound in black tape for a sharp, tailored appearance
- Finished with Stairrods for a refined and traditional touch
