Flooring. Rob was great, always there to answer any questions, friendly, honest, and clearly takes real pride in what he does. Lewis and Tom, the installers, were fantastic too. Super professional, easy to have around, and their attention to detail was next level.
The border work in particular looks amazing. You can tell they really care about getting everything just right. Every edge is spot-on, and the whole place was left tidy and clean when they finished up.
